242 Milwaukee is a Class-A office development with 90,000 square feet of upper level office space and 10,000 square feet of street level retail space. The seven-story project is being developed by BMC.

2nd and Adams is a Class A 90,000 square-foot mixed-use building in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. The five-story project will provide office space along with retail opportunities. Notable features include an active roof deck restaurant with stunning views, a unique indoor/outdoor level one restaurant/bar, and an interior lobby open to the bar area.

T3 RiNo (Timber, Transit and Technology) is a new 240,000 rentable square foot office & retail building, located in the heart of Denver’s River North neighborhood. This unique project is a cross-laminated timber (CLT) structure to pay homage to Denver’s historic brick and timber buildings and to the city’s vibrant and rapidly evolving art district.

Avalon Bay Governor’s Park is a 13-story 300+ unit complex, located at the corner of 7th & Sherman in Denver. This project consists of storefront, curtain wall, ribbon windows with operable windows, sunshades, storefront doors, terrace doors, fire-rated storefront and doors, multi-slide doors and a 10′ x 10′ custom center pivot door.

Described as Denver’s largest high-rise for-rent apartment community, 26th & Alcott is a 15 story complex consisting of 533 apartment units and 93 apartment-style hotel units.

Element13 will be providing storefront, curtain wall and storefront entrances for Phase I of the new Sun Empire Industrial project. This project consists of two buildings, totaling over 800,000 square feet of footprint.

Located in the heart of downtown Castle Rock, Element13 Facades has been contracted to furnish & install approximately 22,000 square feet of residential windows and sliding terrace doors.

Located in the RiNo area, this 16-story residential tower will consist of windows, terrace doors, storefront, curtain wall, window wall, fire-rated systems and storefront entrances.

This new office building will be home to Mortenson’s new Denver office and consists of approximately 8,000 square feet of windows, 1,500 square feet of storefront, aluminum storefront doors and a NanaWall operable glass wall.

This new high school is replacing the existing Montbello High School. Element13 will be furnishing and installing curtain wall, aluminum windows, vertical and horizontal sunshades, a large perforated screen, integral blind units and glass, transaction windows and School Guard Glass.

The existing Mile High United Way in Denver is converting their conference center into an early childhood education (ECE) center. Element13 is excited to begin work on this very important project for the Denver community.

Modern Aviation’s new $20 million complex at Centennial Airport consists of a 7,000 square foot FBO terminal, two large hangars of more than 52,000 square feet of space, and 4,000 square feet new office space.

These three new spec buildings add approximately 806,630 square feet of floor plan in the Majestic Commercenter Business Park. This project consists of approximately 8,670 square feet of storefront and several aluminum storefront entrances.

The Environmental Learning for Kids (ELK) facility in Denver serves more than 5,000 underserved youth each year through intensive after school programs focusing on science education and leadership.

This new 11-story apartment building is Denver’s first “Super Mid-Rise”, as coined by ZCA. The 397 unit building consists of retail, amenity deck, rooftop pool, outdoor kitchen, bocce court and fire pits.

This 538,000 square foot speculative warehouse building is located near 64th and E-470 in Aurora, Colorado and consists of exterior storefront, horizontal sunshades and storefront doors.

The first Carvana in Denver consists of 10,000 square feet of curtain wall, interior channel set glazing and a custom skybox utilizing insulated laminated glass for customers to view vehicles through.

This two building Woodward Inc. campus consisted of reglazing approximately 5,000 square feet of glass and insulated metal panels.

This new 550,000 square foot build-to-suit building is located near I-70 and Tower Road, which is prime location for Subaru’s new regional office.

Phase III of the North Washington Commerce Center consists of two new industrial buildings located in Thornton, CO. Element13 Facades will be providing curtain wall and storefront entrances for the project.

Element13 is proud and honored to have donated our time and our vendors’ material for TACT’s new space. With the Autism community being the highest unemployment sector in the US (currently at 90%), TACT is breaking barriers to change that statistic.

240 St. Paul, located in the Cherry Creek neighborhood, consists of approximately 20,000 square feet of unitized curtain wall, 3,500 square feet of punched and ribbon windows, and 2,000 square feet of ground level curtain wall.

The new Center for Outpatient Health (COH) is under construction on the existing National Jewish Campus. This new 5-story MOB is designed to meet National Jewish Health’s growing needs to support the community.

The expansion to UCHealth’s Cancer Center will provide patients with more innovative treatment, all under one roof.

This former school building has been transformed into a new downtown Denver hotel located just off of Colfax Avenue and Glenarm Place.

Expanding our scope of work on the new National Jewish Hospital Center for Outpatient Health, Element13 will be providing approximately 4,000 square feet of curtain wall with custom extended face caps and 750 square feet of metal panel.

This new expansion project for Toyota consists of approximately 250 square feet of exterior storefront and new aluminum storefront entrances.

Renovation and expansion to incorporate a new secure vestibule, new storefront doors, automatic operators and a custom security window for Jeffco Public Schools’ Kullerstrand Elementary School.

Firefly Autism utilized Quaker Windows & Doors’ windows to provide a fresh new look to Firefly Autism’s new location in Lakewood, CO.
