About Element13 Facades

A Denver Glazing Contractor You Can Count On
Element13 is the glazing contractor Denver turns to when reliability matters most. Founded in 2019 by Jason Nimmo, the company was built on a straightforward belief: There's a better way to run projects, build teams, and serve clients.
Total industry experience from our leadership team. We bring real expertise to every project.
Trusted by major general contractors like Mortenson, Haselden, Whiting-Turner and more.
Credentials That Matter
Element13 Facades holds certifications that demonstrate our commitment to diversity, quality standards, and compliance credentials that help general contractors meet project requirements and give building owners confidence in their partners.
Our RISE UP Values
We have built our entire company around six specific values that directly address what general contractors and property managers face on every project. We call it RISE UP—and it's not marketing speak. It's how we make decisions when projects get tough.

Quick answers. Real solutions. When you need them.
Element13 answers quickly—whether it's a preconstruction question, an RFI during installation, or an urgent glass replacement. Our leadership stays connected to every project. When deadlines tighten or problems surface, we respond with solutions, not excuses.

Practical thinking that saves time and money.
Glazing projects rarely go exactly as planned. That's when you need a contractor who can think on their feet. Innovation at Element13 doesn't mean overengineering—it means simplifying problems, minimizing unnecessary complexity, and finding practical solutions that save time and money.

Everyone goes home safely. Every time.
One safety incident can shut down an entire jobsite. At Element13, safety isn't a compliance checklist—it's a mindset every person on our team commits to daily. Our culture encourages every crew member to stop work if they see something unsafe. We proactively identify hazards before they become incidents.

We do what we say we're going to do.
Execution is where we earn trust. We base every decision on meeting schedules, maintaining quality, and staying aligned with your goals. Our project management is methodical—clear communication, detailed planning, consistent follow-through. We resolve conflicts quickly, provide regular updates, and never leave you guessing.

Service that turns clients into advocates.
Element13 understands that your reputation is on the line with every project and we act accordingly. We keep our commitments. We educate rather than gatekeep. We own our mistakes and go the extra mile to fix them. We've earned reputations with general contractors as the team they prequalify first.

Adaptable determination through every challenge.
Perseverance at Element13 means combining persistence with adaptability. We stick to the plan when it's working, and we pivot intelligently when circumstances demand a new approach—always with the same determination to achieve the end goal.
The People Behind the Projects
At Element13, our strength isn't just what we build—it's who builds it. Our team brings decades of combined experience across every aspect of commercial glazing, from field installation to project management to specialized service work.
