This new new 11-story apartment building is Denver’s first “Super Mid-Rise”, as coined by ZCA. The 397 unit building consists of level 1 retail, a level 4 amenity deck rooftop pool with mountain and downtown views, as well as an outdoor kitchen, bocce court and fire pits. Element13 provided approximately 43,000 square feet of windows, 7,000 square feet of window wall, 9,000 square feet of curtain wall, aluminum storefront doors, terrace doors, all glass doors and fire-rated frames & doors. Element13 was also responsible for all interior glass & glazing.
