Described as “Denver’s largest high-rise for-rent apartment community”, 26th & Alcott is a 15 story complex consisting of 533 apartment units and 93 apartment-style hotel units. Element13 will be providing all of the windows, terrace doors (both swing and slide), storefront, interior storefront, storefront doors, all glass doors, fire-rated storefront and doors, and interior Teknion systems.
